INFORMATION ARDEX K 310
ARDEX K 310 is a single component, rapid setting, self-levelling and smoothing compound with builtin synthetic latex polymer. Suitable for preparing interior prior to laying parquet, vinyl sheet and tile, soft coverings, natural stone, ceramic tiles, etc. It can be used on a wide range of absorbent and non-absorbent substrates including concrete, cement, sand screeds and ceramic.

Walkable after 3-4 hrs, ready for floor coverings after 48 hrs at 3mm thickness

3-8mm at depths, 9-10mm with the addition of 3mm quartz sand
Coverage:
3mm thick, cover approx. 5m2 per 25kg per bag, depending on the condition of the floor
