INFORMATION ARDEX R 74 P
ARDEX R 74 P is a self-smoothing 4 component polyurethane floor system. Seamless, chemical resistance, high mechanical properties, heat and slip resistance with matt decorative finish.

TECHNICAL DATA ARDEX R 74 P
Floor coverings:
Lower temperatures and higher RH will prolong the times and can lead to moisture inclusions. The times indicated are based on 18ºC and 65% RH
Substrates:
The substrate must satisfy the requirements of DIN 18365, “Floor covering work”. In particular, it must be level, permanently dry, firm, load-bearing, free from parting agents and cracks and also have a high tensile and compressive strength and must be prepared accordingly. Existing paints, coatings have to be ground prior to the installation. Old adhesives residues have to be removed.
Any levelling work must be done with suitable ARDEX levelling compounds together with ARDEX primers.

Coverage:
A 20kg pack of ARDEX R 74 P Polyurethane Screed will cover approximately 5m2when applied at a thickness of 2mm.
Packaging:
ARDEX R 74 P is packed in a four-component pack of 20kg consisting of parts A (resin) and B (hardener) packed in plastic bottles, parts C (coloured pigment) and D (white filler) packed in a bag.
