INFORMATION ARDEX WPM 418
ARDEX WPM 418 is a monolithic, liquid applied and two-component elastomeric waterproofing and flooring membrane that is spray-applied, rapid cure polyurea elastomer. And in view of environmental concern, no solvent is used. The system has a gel time of 3 – 5 seconds and a curing time of 3 – 5 minutes.

Substrates:
Before any waterproofing or flooring work is started, the applicator shall thoroughly examine all surfaces for any deficiencies
All surfaces that are to be coated must be thoroughly dry and free from contamination including oil, dirt, and laitance.
All cracks over 1/16” inch width shall be routed out to 1/4” inch width and 1” inch depth and fill with polyurethane elastomeric sealants.
